The constant state of flux that everything without exception is subject to. Think about it. Every relationship that you've ever been in. Whether it is a family, a friend, or a loved one, it's always changing. It's always evolving. The world as we know it is constantly changing. Technology is always changing, (too fast for my pocket). But things are always changing, especially humanity. Look at the process from birth to death. It's a constant evolution, a constant cycle of impermanence. Impermanence is a main principle of Buddhism and it goes hand-and-hand with another main principle of Buddhism which is Unattachment. So the Buddha taught that if we attach to something, it is the root cause of all suffering. WHY? Because if we attach to something the way it is right now, right there, alright, if I attached to someone or something that is the way it is and I'm attached to it being that way, that thing or that person is always in a constant state of flux, is always evolving, is always changing. And the minute that thing changes from the way that I expect it to be, the way I'm attached to it I feel suffering. So my note to you is to be just be present, be in the now. Be in the flow like the the birds and just be in it because it's always changing. The only thing we can depend in this world is change. The only thing that is ever constant is impermanence. So stop expecting things to be the same and just start dancing in the impermanence that shows up. Start dancing in the evolution of the world, of the people in your world, and the things in the world. So be in the present in the now and enjoy what is. There is always a new dance to learn. I'm Alexi Panos. If you like this message you know what to do. Give it a thumbs up, hit
