She is the Founder of Circle CRM Group Inc. and has over 20 years of extensive archaeological experience and knowledge in all fields related to historical resource consulting. Throughout her career, she has managed many large scale projects and recorded numerous historic resources sites. Recognizing that the archaeological work she and her team perform involves artifacts from distinct and unique Indigenous cultures, Margarita is dedicated to inclusion and collaboration with Indigenous partners in the field, and has created an Indigenous Inclusion Strategy. Most recently, Margarita launched The Fair Field Foundation , a program created to champion and celebrate female archaeologists by providing women-led engagement opportunities.
