ACM 153: Special Announcement!!

After an amazing 152 episodes I'm now embarking on a meditation programme in Africa learning how a different culture meditates, it's been something I've planned for a long time and I can't wait! This sadly means that I will not publish an episode until the 1st October, 2015 but I will be coming back with more knowledge, wisdom and hopefully different appraches to meditation that I can pass onto you:-) So this is not a goodbye as I'm leaving 152 episodes for your to listen to and enjoy:-) See you in October.......
