North Carolina continues to hang in there despite many potholes along the way and the Tar Heels are a No. 6 seed. Basketball NC State, Miami, Louisville, SMU, Clemson, Virginia Tech and Cal are all part of the conversation but not everyone is lined up to close the deal.
