Episode 11

In Episode 11, the GEARS duo banters about travel and conferences. We discuss how travel impacts the teaching schedule and the importance for junior faculty to be present at conferences. We take a left turn for a bit and discuss how parallel session conferences are horrible and give acute examples as to why.
