Born and raised in Indianapolis, IN, Monica's career experiences span from being a flight attendant all the way to being a police officer. As of 2020, Monica has become established in her culinary dreams by becoming an entrepreneur with Ummi's Table. When she's not cooking you can find her hanging with her granddaughters, enjoying live music/concerts, at a cigar lounge, traveling abroad, tearing up the karaoke mic, in the latest fashions and so much more!
