Today my guest is Kate Lancaster, Beauty Writer at ELLE + Harper's BAZAAR Australia. She's also the creator of the Self-Care Section, an Instagram account highlighting and celebrating Australian beauty businesses. We debated daytime vs nightime showers, talked about the best smelling dry shampoo, and why we need to make the language we use to talk about our skin more positive.
