She talks about her Bengali-Punjabi roots ('Benjabi'), her journey from studying Dentistry in Chennai to singing for A.R. Rahman, to releasing her English singles. Nikhita also talks in detail about the importance of technicians like the Sound engineers, the usage of 'Auto tune' & plug-ins and her experience of working in the South Indian music industry v/s Bollywood.
