Beer is the notorious Two Hundred Fathoms... probably my favourite Irish beer, I wait impatiently each year for it's release! It had to make my 12 beers of Christmas list. It is no secret I love barrel aged beers and I love imperial stouts, this beer was made for me (obviously). I cannot wait for or fathom (hahaha) the next edition of this beer!
