Super Schooly M.C. is an underground Hip-Hop Legend. Born in Brooklyn, raised in the Bronx, Schooly is the most under appreciated Hip Hop artist of all time. Highly regarded as the Real Godfather of Hip Hop, Schooly was the author, producer and performer of the very first Rap song, ever. The name of the song is "Feel The Rhyme" and it dominated 8 track and cassette tapes all over New York City and the 5 Boroughs in the early to late 70's. The victim of predatory record label executives and a system bent against him, Schooly never received the acclaim or the opportunities that he so deserved. Unfazed by it all, with an indelible sprit and an incredible disposition, Schooly joins me in studio to talk about the past, the present and the future as things seem to be finally going his way.
