Welcome to 1 Minute Tips! “Be brave enough to start a conversation that matters.” The title of today’s episode comes from this fantastic quote by Margaret Wheatley. But what does it mean? To me, it means being bold, having the audacity to challenge the status quo. It means nonconformity. Not being satisfied with average, chasing after something bigger and better. Brave, by definition, could mean fearlessness. But I don’t agree with that, you can be brave and still feel fear. The difference is that when you’re brave, you know the fear is there, but you also know that it won’t stop you from keep going. You know it will be a challenge, and you face it.
