Deshe discusses her journey from working in the Education and Non Profit space to pivoting into the Tech Elevator coding program after receiving a scholarship to attend from the Blacks In Technology Foundation . Deshe shares how she recently landed an internship through Interapt , a workforce development, IT training and consulting organization and how she wants to inspire others to pursue a tech career.
