​IQ是智力水平的体现，决定了你有多聪明。EQ则是管理自身情绪与他人情绪的能力，它对于团队来说是很重要的。团队leader的情商一定要高，只有这样才能管理好周围人的情绪，增强团队的凝聚力，这是团队能够高效开展工作的基础。情商低的表现有三点。不会说话。对设计师来说，语言能够反映出你的专业度。你的设计能否被老板喜欢取决于设计说明的好坏，如果说的比较菜，那么即使最终作品比较好，老板仍然会认为你不够专业。背后说话。背后说人坏话的人情商都比较低。人都有八卦性。你告诉了别人，最终总会兜兜转转传到被你说坏话的人那里。不会演讲。演讲需要兼顾自我情绪和他人情绪的管理，所以情商低的人会比较吃力。我们要注意到，情商不像智商，是可以通过后天的努力提高的。因此情商低的人需要努力锻炼，去改变自己。
